All of our orders are handmade for you and your dog. Our current making times are:

We take most major credit cards through Stripe – a secure third party credit card processing company. North Range Dogs doesn’t store any credit card information.
We also take Paypal. You don’t have to have a Paypal account to use Paypal.
Both Stripe and Paypal are recognized as industry leaders in payment processing and security.
We also take cash or square for local in person payments.
All of our orders are handmade for you and your dog. They are shipped when they are completed. Depending on what you’ve ordered this is about 5-10 days after the receipt of payment. Current processing times are listed above. If your order will take longer to process for any reason we will let you know ASAP.
All orders have flat rate shipping & handling fees depending on the shipping location. The cost is listed at checkout.
We ship everything from Calgary Alberta, Canada
Orders are shipped with Canada Post. You can choose to use either Regular Parcel Mail or XpressPost.
Depending on your location: Regular Parcel Mail should arrive within 8 business days and XpressPost within 3 business days
United States Orders:
Orders are shipped by taking them to the border, clearing them through customs, and then shipping via USPS. While this may seem complicated, it really is the fastest and least expensive shipping method we have found.
Packages generally take 4-7 days to arrive after they leave us.
Your order will ship with Canada Post through regular parcel mail. If you need upgraded shipping, please contact us at email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE: tracking is not included with your package. If you need to have your package tracked please contact us, but be aware that adding tracking is very expensive for international order
Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.
Custom, Brokerage, and other International fees:
You may be charged additional customs, taxes, brokerage or other fees associated with purchasing items from a country other than your own. These fees are solely your responsibility, and we have no control over what you may be charged. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase.
We want you to be happy with your order! We will try our very best to work with you to sort out any issue.
We have a 10 day full refund and exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchases for any reason please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. If 10 days have gone by since you’ve received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, due to their custom, one-of-a-kind nature, we are unable to accept returns on custom items.
Custom orders may be cancelled and refunded within 4 hours of placing the order them by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
